Euroports, a prominent entity in European port infrastructure, sought to highlight its vital yet underrecognized role in the industry through innovative means. Collaborating with Venar, they embarked on a groundbreaking project to develop an immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experience aimed at enhancing both internal and external engagement. The initiative commenced with a proof of concept, laying the groundwork for an ambitious VR endeavor. This encompassed an interactive showcase of Euroports' operations, a VR game simulating the logistical challenges of cargo unloading, and an engaging 360° video depicting the journey of a new employee. In partnership with tHRibe and Bozon, Venar crafted a narrative and experience that vividly brought Euroports' vision to life. Developing the "Game of Euroports" was particularly enlightening, necessitating the creation of intuitive yet complex game mechanics to ensure an engaging and accessible experience, especially for VR novices.
